OBJECTIVE
To provide a knowledgeable, professional and positive service to our customers within Clayton Homes Corporate Office that supports our company values, provides superior customer care, a variety of knowledge and a commitment of excellence with each and every contact.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, courteous customer service via phone, fax, mail, or email. Responsible for responding to and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. Ability to analyze different accounts and give sound financial advice when applicable.

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service skills through outbound calls working to reduce delinquency on individual and group accounts in a team environment.

Document and maintain all contacts, verifying customer contact information, reason for call, and resolution.

Attend two week training class with completion of on-going training courses throughout career at Clayton Homes.

Assist new hires during training and orientation.

Educate customer on importance of paying in a timely manner, on loan type, insurance and tax obligations, and payment options.

Work to achieve goals given every month (success of these goals can provide up to a $625 bonus).

Respond and resolve customer delinquency on individual buckets which can range from 300-1000 accounts.

Promote company image through professional service and actions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associates or bachelors degree preferred.

Computer competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills at minimum 25 wpm.

Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Experience in a call center environment preferred, but not required.

Willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.
